I used this on my mom’s hair. Her hair was a very brassy bright red with some gray roots happening. We used this brown to calm down the bright red color. I coated her hair and waited 15 minutes then she washed it out. It turned a very pretty espresso with a reddish undertone. It deeply conditioned her dry hair and left it soft and shiny.
