I love the OUAI supplements. I actually used them for months and months without any disruption of my hormones, which happened from every other hair lengthening supplement that I have tried (Nutrafol and Act+Acre). I would recommend these to others. It is basically like a multivitamin in cute packaging.

Ouai pills I started using when I noticed my hair thinning. I started with one 30 day pack but per the directions you have to give it 90 days for full effect. I know some like hair gummies which at first taste good but after a week they're gross. That why I prefer Ouai pills. Price is on par with other products on market. Plus, who doesn't love Jen? I love supporting other women.
