This was recommended by my chiropractor 3 years ago since I had a very bad allergies in the past. It helps me to live healthy through the allergy season after 2 weeks of using. It is a slowly changing your inside but very effective. I don’t have to wake up with itchy throat, watery eyes & sneezing nonstop. Love it!
