I use this to spray around the inside and outside my house. It helps keep bugs and spiders from coming in It acts as a baracade. It comes with a trigger hose. I stretch it out and press the nozzle for a continuous even spray. The scent is light and barely noticeable. I have been using it for a long time. It is very effective at keeping my home pest free.

So we had a very very bad ant infestation and this got the job done however we still needed to use a service to get rid of all the ants. It does decently well no complaints

I have used Ortho Home Defense insect killer in my garage and around the outside of my home. It keeps bug away from my home. The gallon size bottle lasted a year using it once every 3 months or more if it rains a lot. It does smell while spraying but after it dries I don’t notice anything. I feel the value is shown by how well it works.
