My dogs love this food. Its made with premium ingredients such as free run chicken and turkey. A majority (65%) is animal products and the rest (35%) is wholesome grains, veggies, fruits, and nutrients such as fiber, calcium, omega 3 &6 and more. There are no artificial flavors or preservatives. This is a great meal for my puppy and can be eaten alone or mixed with wet food. He always comes running during meal time.

I switched my dog's food from Acana to Orijen. She loved the Orijen and I didnt really have any problems with it up after 2 weeks . However, my dog started licked at her fur, scratching/showing signs of itchiness, and shaking her ears (the ear shaking really picked up around 24-48 hours) and showing some tell-tale signs of allergies, yet she's never shown any sensitivity to the food before. I took her to the Vet and ran some tests. They found out my dog got allergied with some food ingredient I don't think Orijen is a good food for my dog.

My GSD puppy is a super picky eater. We recently tried this brand and he can't seem to get enough of it! A specific large breed puppy food with added preventative joint health is a bonus!
