I am a private chef. This little pan is great. It has a good heat index. Even distribution of heat. The only thing I would change is making it bigger and have a heat resistant handle, and if it came with a top. Very grateful

I am in love with this pot. It works amazingly. It gives so much space and great for shimmer pots. Great for stews and soups. Such a great cooking pot.

This pan is great. I do wish is it was lighter and there was an insulated handle but it’s great in terms of cooking food. Plus so much healthier and nontoxic than something that is nonstick.
