The frosted bran cereal is so good. I love how they are like frosted flakes but have that healthier taste. They are very crisp but like regular bran cereal get soggy quickly.

I ate this cereal for a few days, however I really didn’t care for the texture and flavor of the cereal. It is a healthy, good for you and filling cereal. It isn't for me, but I can see why it is a popular choice in cereals.

Kellogg's Frosted Bran cereal is a good source of fiber (reason for purchase). I like the taste of the sweet multigrain and bran flakes. It's lightly sweetened to me and I love that. Also, it's heart-healthy.
