After various research online, I decided to give this particular brand (Amazing grass) a try. I bought organic wheat grass to help improve my family's immune system and overall well being. While they all eat healthy and nutritious I wanted something additional as we have 3 boys in school and husband at work. I love that it's gluten free, no sugar added, and plant based. At first we tried with 1/2 a scoop of organic wheat grass powder mixed with water but some of us (particularly myself just did not like the flavor). After several tries, I decided to come up with my own drink: 1 scoop of this organic wheat grass, a full cup (18 oz) of lactose free milk and 1 teaspoon of natural honey. The combination is so good, I can't even explain it! I've also tried it as part of a smoothie with apples and bananas and greek yogurt!! Even my oldest son loves it! We don't drink it daily but every here and there throughout the week we do. I highly recommend it. There are so many benefits!! It has helped with bloating, skin, hair, energy boost(without any caffeine), high in nutrients, and antioxidants. I highly recommend this brand as it has worked for all of us.
