I live in Texas and it’s so humid in the summer there’s no point in me even trying to straighten or curl my hair because it poofs up with the heat/moisture. This treatment is a little challenging to do on your own but totally possible. Be sure to wear a mask and glasses as the scent is strong and irritating to the mouth/nose/eyes. You apply to clean damp hair, leave on for 20-60 mins, blowdry with tension, straighten. You can immediately wash and I needed to as the product left my hair sticky
