Chia is the better seed to eat with yogurt. I usually eat every day.  This is good for digestion and your yogurt will be better, mainly if you eat the yogurt without sugar and others things like this. This is organic and health for your body and life. I recommend!

My favorite I add on a bread of toast with butter so tasty healthy cheap the bag can last long time also the organic is a big plus if you bein thinking about trying this please do I’m sure it will satisfying product thumbs up

Fantastic chia seeds. I fly through chia seeds and I love how these are affordable, organic and high quality. I highly recommended. They’re great for smoothies.This is so convenient for getting enough chia into our diets, which is great for our omega 3 levels. And it's a complete protein and is full of calcium!

If you're like me then taking car of your gut is a priority! Chia seeds are one of the best things to help with digestion and you can put them in almost anything! I love this brand because they are organic and you get a great amount of product! It is a staple for me!

I'm trying to eat healthy and lose weight. I have to say this seed are very good for you. There are so many easy to eat. I like to put about two spoon full in my smoothies. I also like doing a chia seed pudding. A cup of chia seeds and about one half cup of milk and whatever fruit. Let it sit overnight in refrigerator. It doesn't sound that good but it's delicious.
