Ore-Ida Crispy Oven Chips...

Baked according to package and they didn't come out good at all to me. Just wasn't what I liked. Others might like it. I had some get burnt. I only tried them in oven.
Lesson 1: make sure that you put "chips" that are all the same size in one batch, or you're going to end up with different levels of doneness throughout the pan.
The instructions did say not to use foil on the pan, but I used foil and had no issues.
Now for the taste. They're okay. They are VERY bland if you don't add some type of seasoning or at least salt and pepper. Doubtful that I'd buy them again, but they're not bad.
Ore-Ida oven chips are great. They are easy to make and taste good. They are nice and crispy and make a great side dish or afternoon snack. I love the simplicity.
These are very delicious! We threw them in the air fryer (basket) and they came out with a texture like kettle chips. They also are very uniform in appearance (as expected). Quicker and easier than trying to make these from scratch.
I enjoyed these. I think the crisp up best in the air fryer. I had them at a cookout with my family. My dad especially loves them, but he’s a potato kinda guy. I’d buy them again
There is something about the taste of homemade potato chips that you just can’t beat! My family loves these oven chips and my daughter has reminded me many times to add them to the grocery list!
These were so good and crispy. Easy to make. Added a little seasoning salt and they were perfect. It was hard to find a grocery store that carried them though.
I prepared these by spraying them lightly with oil and then cooking them in my air fryer. When they were done I sprinkled them with Lawrey’s seasoning salt.
My kids are super picky and I didn’t think they would try them. I told them they were a mix between chips and French fries, so they tried them and absolutely loved them! I had to make a second batch. I will definitely be purchasing them again in the future!
I received this product from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. These are pretty tasty chips. You need to make sure and spread them out on the baking sheet so they’re not touching if you want them crispy. They taste great sprinkled with a little Cajun seasoning!
Ore-Ida knows their potatoes and this new variety of frozen potato is no exception. When prepared as instructed they turned out crispy and nice. But preparing them exactly as instructed takes some effort: separating all of the chips so they don’t touch each other is tedious. Taste was good, effort was more than I wanted. I’d prefer a different form of frozen potato.
