This is the good stuff! My mom swears by it. Every time I have a stomach ache or cramps immediately boil some water with some chamomile. I make some tea and sooner later I feel better. Also works great for sleepless nights.
Yes, it is tea. The way you would make it is to take a few sprigs and boil them with water for about 5-10 minutes. Then you pour yourself some of the tea into a mug, using a strainer if there's little bits and pieces floating around. Then I highly recommend sweetening it with honey and maybe a squeeze of lime if you're up for it.
I boil water then add a few pieces, depending on how strong you want it. I let it simmer for a few a while, but not boiling anymore. After a few minutes of simmering I let it sit while it cools, then I strain it with a mesh strainer. I also usually add some honey as well.
