Okay, I'm not going to lie. These were loved by both our kiddos and us! It's a nice, easy way to get some hydration and electrolytes (can also make a decent mixer haha) Would probably purchase again in the future.

I love this stuff!! It kept my kids hydrated during their sports and also during practice. Not to mention the taste is amazing! 🥰 I give this a 10/10!

The stomach flu recently came through our household and my family and I drank this during our whole illness. It tasted very good! Definitely helped prevent dehydration as we kept drinking this. Tasted even better frozen as little popsicles.
