This is a great way to stay hydrated and to rehydrate myself quickly. I’ve been drinking this brand of electrolyte solution for years and I still love it. The flavors offered are all great but my favorite is their fruit punch. It’s not overly sweet or filled with unnecessary sugar and dyes. They’re always good to keep in my home whenever I forget to drink a lot of water. Better than most and healthier than the rest.

This helped me out so much I was dehydrated which happens to me a lot. I enjoyed the flavor of this. Amazing that is doesn’t have a lot of sugar in it and I have recommended to people I know because the price isn’t that bad.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with this product! I was definitely surprised I can say that!!! My kids loved it!!! Very sweet taste, smells good too! Yummm
