I had it when I was sick and worked outside. It gave me water that I needed. The taste is not the best. I prefer either coconut or lime. The package is easy to use for 1-2 times

This tasted so gross. I woke up super sick and decided to take some of this and I could not stomach the flavor. I will give it that it did hydrate me but will not try again

I offered it to my kiddo and it was rejected after one sip. Thinking it’s because my kiddo watched me pour it from the “medicine bottle” I offered it again a few days later when juice was requested…again rejected after one sip. I tasted it myself, poured it out and apologized to my child for offering it again.
