I got this for my 3 month old who is teething pretty bad. It’s ok, but I’d say it lasts about 15-30 minutes and wears off. I tried it on myself too to see what sensation he might feel and it’s a slight cooling sensation. I can see how it would give a little relief to small gums. I give it to my baby with a clean finger tip and I can tell he feels immediate relief, but after 15ish minutes he is munching his hand again trying to relieve the pain. Also, the tubs are so small and do not feel full. Did not see any difference between the night and day. After giving the night one, baby stayed awake for another hour…Ok product for quick relief.

Helps my baby for a short time does help right after applying but shortly wears off but I give this to my baby at night when she seems like she is uncomfortable with her teething. I give a small amount right on the gums.
