Good value for the product. Would consider purchasing in the future. It’s very helpful for days when I need the extra push to get my work out started.

Definitely felt a difference taking this and being ready for my workout. I had more energy and it tasted pretty good too. I felt like it mixed well and the ingredients were decent compared to competitors products.

I have a love hate relationship with pre workouts and I still haven’t found one that really gets the job done. I tried this pre workout for about a month 3-4c weekly before my 5am orange theory class. To start this stuff tastes amazing and blends easily without leaving nasty chunky bits like other pre workouts. I do feel like this gave me bit more energy than other pre workouts, however my skin felt like it was going to crawl off my body and I felt so itchy for about an hour after my workout ended. It was a strange experience. Kind of like using tingly tanning lotion? I didn’t entirely hate it, however I’m not sure if I would repurchase. I did let my husband and friend try it and they did not experience the tingles so give it go!
