I’ve never liked a multivitamin until now, Opti-Women. It covers all the vitamins you need for a day and it’s made out of whole food! Supports energy and metabolism, bone health and immunity. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied!

They are vitamins. They have a high amount of some so I feel as though some may just end up getting peed out! However, if you are deferent in a certain nutrient this is good!
