This was the first ever protein powder I bought and it's still one of my go-to's. It's delicious and the taste is subtle enough that you can add other things to it according to what your needs are. In the mornings after a run I tend to prepare these with either milk, a 1/4 cup of oats, banana, and strawberries, or if I need a caffeine kick prepare it with coffee. I've also used the chocolate powder with bananas and peanut butter. Divine!
