Tastes amazing and has been giving me a boost for every workout. I feel great knowing what im putting into my body and that its not only good for muscles, its also great for the brain. I mix mine with just water. I am a little impatient, so it doesnt disolve completely. I still taste the powdery bits at the bottom but I dont mind it at all. Its got a pleasant sweet flavour and its something I'll probably keep consuming for the rest of my life. I also feel like im recovering faster compared to protein powder. One thing I wish is that I hope the seal on top of the tub is a little tighter. The tub and design is great and all but I feel like mine is a little loose given that the seal is made of paper. My tub is also the 270g version and the instructions note that I just need half a scoop. I'd appreciate it if there was a mark on the scoup itself, OR that the scoup be exactly the measurements as per instructions.

This has been one of the easiest supplements to keep in my routine. It mixes well, has no weird taste, I add it to water or juice daily. Over time I’ve noticed better workout performance and recovery. Simple, effective, and from a brand I trust.
