I think the flavor isn't that bad ( I have had better) but it mixes really well and doesn't taste chalky. I drink mine with about 8-10oz of milk and typically 2-3 days a week for breakfast, normally after a heavier workout.

This is a good meal replacement but I would suggest adding cinnamon and nutmeg because the flavor is blah! Even adding almond milk would help the taste but do keep in mind that you'd be adding calories and more protein.
