Easy to use, heats quickly and more importantly, my hair has never looked better, or the gentle curls last like they do now. Love the rubber heat case thingy both to store when warm and to set on to protect my counter top. When I wrap my hair around the iron my curls/waves last for a couple days! Even when I use the highest heat setting my hair does not smell burnt. I highly recommend the curling iron, best wishes for this company.
