A friend of mine gave me this as a Christmas present, it’s my first time trying this brand , I feel that the size of one single pill it’s huge , so I opt to split the pill in half so it’s more easy to swallow, I like that it says that it has not artificial color , and no bad smell. Since I’m taking this pills I feel a boost of energy in a daily , not quite sure if they are helping my hair , but I can see my nails are getting healthier and stronger!
