I tried so many different vitamins during my first pregnancy. Prenatals are not all the same! some are too big, some taste too much like fish oil, some taste chalky, etc. I finally landed on the One A Day brand 2 years ago and used them again in my second pregnancy. Moms to be, if you have food or taste aversions from being pregnant, this is a good option for a vitamin.
I enjoy the fact that these prenatals have a coating on them so they have no flavor or taste which helps a ton especially when you aren't feeling too great. My doctor at Kaiser recommended these type of prenatals and so far so good! Makes me feel good that even though I may not be able to eat all the nutrients I need that I can help get them with these!
I switched to these prenatals after I realized that the ones I was using before did not have any iron in them, which is recommended. I also liked that these had DHA. They did not upset my stomach at all, and the coating made them easy to swallow. I plan to use them while I breastfeed, and for any other pregnancies.
These are one of my favorite prenatal vitamins. I took them before I was pregnant and after. They really help to supplement what you do not get from eating. Also these have DHA and some with folic acid. My hair and nails have grown very well while taking these, even when I was not pregnant.
I could only handle these for a week. They not only hurt my stomach but they left a bad fishy taste in my mouth. I hate fish so that was a huge issue for me. I switched back to my gummies and I haven't had a problem. My fertility doctor even said it was ok.
My doctor recommended I take these even though I'm not pregnant and we're not trying, so that I can prepare my body for the future. I love that this is an all-in-one. They are really gentle on my stomach. Love that it includes DHA!
One a day prenatal were my go to during my pregnancy! The prescription ones from the doctor made me sick and these settled well with my stomach! They were a great price and I would recommend to others!
I used these when I first found out I was pregnant. Not really a taste or anything but the pill for me was almost too big to get down. I found it to be very pricey. I probably wouldn't buy it again.
These are the best prenatals out there. I've taken them for a bit over a year and I loved them. I didn't get sick and I'm sure it kept me healthy when I had bubs
These are my favorite Prenatal Vitamins. They are easy to swallow and easy to find in almost any store when it's time to buy more.

Would these prenatals help with nausea? I herd if you take your prenatals it can help with nausea. Im looking for some to make me feel better
These are pricy. With the money to buy these rather than a cheaper brand?
Do taking these prenatal vitamins make you feel nauseous at all? I've tried some others, but they made me sick.
