I read a lot of really great reviews for this product and I have to say it didn't disappoint. What I like about the Olympic elite stain and sealant is that it is a lifetime of durability and beauty. It has four season protections it waterproofs your deck or porch. It also resists peeling and cracking and provides a fungus resistant finish. It's also fade resistant it resists dirt pick up it has a really deep penetrating color. It also provides a mold mildew and algae resistant finish. I right away notice that it dries really quickly. I also like the fact that it doesn't leave any sticky residue after applying it. It just makes it look really beautiful and time will tell how it holds up but so far so great.
