I have been taking for about a month and haven't noticed any difference. The price is good only about 15 dollars. Small packaging so it dont take up much space the the pills are rather large. Hope this helps someone!

Honestly don’t see an effect with this one but I like Polly’s other products. This one just didn’t seem to work for me. No real scent but a bit of taste like a normal pill.

I’ve been thinking about buying this for some time and was excited to try but I didn’t notice any noticeable change. It has good ingredients in it that are known to help but maybe it needs to be taken long term?
