I originally discovered these when I was doing a Keto diet to lose weight. Keto (or Ketogenic) is utilizing a lower carb, high protein, moderate healthy fats diet. It is not Atkins - it does not recommend fatty meats, cheeses, and unhealthy greasy foods. Your protein is from lean meats, fish, eggs, yogurts, etc. You should also be eating 3-4 cups of lower carb vegetable a day, so you're getting a great variety of healthy options. These turkey sticks are low in calorie and carbs, while not having too much fat. They are soooo satisfying, and last forever in the fridge!
These are super yummy and an easy go to snack. Perfect for the Keto diet with only 1g net carb. They are pretty pricey to buy in the large packs but they will go along way if you can stick to only eating 1-2 at a time.
