Smells so good and pur little one does seem to relax more and go to sleep faster as well as sleep heavier after bath time. Not sure if its from the salt but she's been itching a bit more so we're going to half the amount we use vs the reccomended one cup. I also am falling alseep faster after giving the baby a bath so works on adults too!
