This was the most recommended product I found when looking for a drug store product that was soothing on scalp psoriasis. I only wanted something that I could put on my scalp between showers, easily that would be soothing on my scalp when it waz itchy and when it was feeling raw (specially after showering). I was worried any scalp product I found would leave behind a weird texture or product buildup or make it look like my scalp was covered in pigs fat. It was cheap enough I was willing to try it even with concerns though (which is a definate plus) One of my favorite smells is Tea Tree oil however most products with it tend to smell way too over powering. This product smells amazing and its a very subtle, light scent that doesnt stay in a room after you leave. It only makes your hair look wet like you got out of the shower if you put too much on, it doesnt leave behind anything weird or unpleasant which I was relieved about. I was torn between a 3 or 4 star review. The reason I went with 3 is because although it is soothing and moisturizing it isnt as moisturizing and soothing and I had thought it would be. I wanted to carry it around for when my scalp was making me uncomfortable from being too dry, super itchy or raw. Unfortunately I had to reapply it emough that my hair was constantly wet looking. I do have extremely dry scalp and psoriasis so if your symptoms are mild this would work much better. My number one complaint was that it didnt tingle enough. The soothing tingly feeling you get when you put a soothing product on and feel relief is amazing and it was very very light. Most tea tree oil products are much more tingly so that was disappointing. Also, my bottle did leak so I couldnt keep it in my purse like I wanted to. So It does what its supposed to, smells amazing and is cheap and I would def buy this again to use on days when my scalp doesnt need extremely soothing products and only needs mild moisture and is a bit itchy however I would need another product for when my scalp is raw or extremely dry and flakey and that ultimately is what convinced me to go from a 4 to 3 star after I was so disappointed by the soothing tingle.
