This wasn’t too bad. It’s not my favorite but it was decent. I definitely needed to add some of my own seasonings to adjust it to my liking. Tasted a lot better with some chili powder, cilantro & tortilla strips.

One of my favourite soups for a yummy lunch every time. It is creamy and spicy without being too hot or strong. There is enough chicken throughout and the chicken itself has a good texture and isn’t foamy. I love the veggies in this soup too, they are soft but still noticeable.
