ACTUALLY.. it CAN be bitter if you eat it with certain foods. It tastes sweet, but lets say you take a bite of the sauce and then swallow some milk. It tastes so bitter you'll spit it out. It's the science of flavor. But personally I really love it!

Does this taste good? Do you eat it by itself or make something with it.
