Good flake food but doesn't have many nutritional value - do not good for all fish ,but good amount of food

We have 3 Oscar fish which are cichlids and they are very picky on what they eat . We tried many different foods and this is all thy eat !! It really brought out beautiful colors !! They are very clean food as well !!
