I love Ocado and all of the different products they offer which you can't get anywhere else: for example the redefine meat bratwurst. They typically avoid substitutions and have most of the time have everything in stock, in my opinion much more reliable than other shops where ordering online. The delivery slots are brilliant too and the drivers are always friendly. My only gripe is that it can get quite a bit more expensive so it isn't an every week shopper but if we as a family have a shop where we want to treat ourselves we will definitely shop with Ocado.

I switched from Tesco to Ocado about 5 months ago. The deivery slots are more flexible, and product options are far more varied. It's great being able to select M&S products as well as Waitrose. The Ocado range is great value. Customer service is brilliant

I love Ocado, it is so easy to order products from there. A good thing for struggling families to know is that if you're in desperate need for groceries, but don't get paid for several days, because Ocado don't try and take payment until after the shopping has been delivered, and the payment will come out once money is in the account.
