I received the Double Force Pro Digital Food Processor from a VoxBox. I signed up to test the food processor, because I was tired of crating carrots by hand. The food processor does crating in a heartbeat and my carrot cakes do not suffer from too coarse carrot grate anymore. But the Double Force Pro Digital does a lot more, for example slicing, whisking and kneading. At first, it felt a bit too much in my already crowded kitchen, but soon I realized a could give away my old blender and mini chopper, since the food processor comes with it's own blender and mini chopper. In addition there's also a citrus press. The food processor is very easy to use and has an Easy-Lock function for safety. The blades come in small basket, which can be stored inside the chopping bowl to save space. Most parts are machine washable, though quick rinse is often enough to clean the device. I am very happy, I got to test the product. I thought food processors were only for slicing and grating, and that I would need a different machine for baking and was already considering buying a stand mixer. Thanks to Influenster, I realized a food processor is much more versatile and can handle kneading and whisking a small dough as well! This is my first food processor, but so far I am very convinced and definitely do recommend.

Käyttänyt tätä useana kertana ruoanvalmistuksen apuna ja smoothien tekoon. Erityisesti pidän hyvästä suunnittelusta osien säilytykseen. Meillä hän jäi asumaan ihan keittiön työtasolle. Perunat viipaleiksi hetkessä ja minisilppurilla pienemmät määrät esim. Yrttejä nopeasti silpuksi ilman kamalaa sotkua. Suosittelen lämmöllä jos moista laitetta harkinnut.
