Ok so I gave it 3 stars because I ordered these off Amazon 3 times for my job because I love mine and recommended it but each time the mop was broken in different spots each time.

Love this !! The fabric clothes stay in place while using. Washing is a snap & they continue to last wash after wash!! The mop is light weight easy to fill & use. The head swivels just right. After a year of use it has started to leak out the back while in use but not bad I justcstanded upright & go over the drops again.
