I have very oily eyelids, Does this still keep your shadows on?

Yes- let the primer dry partially before applying your color.

Yes- I recommend putting a n.u.d.e eye shadow on top of the primer first before putting your 'color' shadow on. It'll keep your lids on the dry side and it'll be easier to blend colors.

My eyelids are fairly oily and I find that my eyeshadows last a lot longer with this primer. So it's definitely worth a shot.
