I love cooking, so there are many cooking appliances at home. It cooks quickly and realistically so you can vary the temperature which is great. One thing I really like is how easy it is to clean up. Any grease or other substances can simply be wiped off as you cook. It doesn't work with stainless pots and hands, but in return it's safe for families with kids like mine
