With a great strawberry melon flavor that isn't over powering, these tablets that easily disolve in water are a great way to stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes. I’m not a fan of water, so I always have to find new ways to consume it, as I get dehydrated easily. These tablets are perfect for hydrating + getting important vitamins into your body. I break them up into 4 pieces, then either add into a glass of water or a 16 oz water bottle. These are perfect on the go – I keep a tube in my purse, one on my nightstand + one in my travel bag.

I love nuun tabs! I add them to my water during the day/when I work out. It helps me drink more and it's nice to know I'm getting vitamins and electrolytes with out a bunch of sugar and dyes

I got this product in my fabfitfun box as a add on and I am so glad I did. I put one tablet into a 16oz cup of water and drink it during my workout. And I must say it definitely keeps me hydrated and fueled. It's a great taste I think its refreshing especially if you put it in cold water amazing product. Will definitely purchase this again.
