Esta que estoy tomando es de 1650MG. La estoy tomando combinada con otros suplementos y vitaminas. Ha sido muy útil, ya que he pasado varios procesos gripales y neumonía acompañado de una anemia por deficiencia de hierro y la verdad me ha ayudado mucho.
