This is actually a very helpful product. I have used this for all of my cats, for many years. It works best for traveling when they have to stay in their carriers for a long period of time, or for trips to the vet. The best way that I have found to be sure they lick it up, is to squeeze it onto the tops of their paws, they will lick it off because they don't want anything on their fur (they don't want to be 'dirty'). This product really has helped make 6-12 hour car rides with 3 normally very noisy, opinionated oriental shorthairs, not only tolerable, but non-traumatizing as well.

When my cat was a kitten she was wild. At night she was a demon. We got this and it really helped her behavior. She really really likes it and then it became a treat for her, she associated bad behavior with this treat, thus she doesn't have it anymore because it ended up rewarding her behavior when we used it, but it did work.

One of my cats would run when i tried to let her lick it off my finger or would eat around it when i would add it to her food.
