I loved this product. It does absolutely work and stops hair shedding and causes growth after using consistently. My hair is healthy, longer, and thicker with less shedding for sure. However, the pills are expensive, taste gross, and there are 5 pills you have to take everyday to see results. I do think if you are having shedding issues this would be the best. It’s worth the money and amount as it does work; but I do believe if you want it just for fun it’s not worth the money and commitment of taking the pills.

I have been using this product for a little over 3 months and can confirm my hair has been growing again. Has stopped my hair from falling and the new growth is thicker and stronger. What a life saver. Definitely recommend this product.

After some covid damage and a divorce left my hair the shortest its ever been I was willing to try just about anything to get my long hair back. I've always had long healthy hair despite the damage I've put it through, so when my hair just seemed to shrink and shrink...and shrink some more, it felt like a never ending cycle i couldn't break through. My mom had her fair share of health issues a few years prior and her doctor suggested Nutrafol, so after trying several other companies (like the sugar blue gummies and viv-cough pills ... I know the app doesn't like it when you call other brands out during a review but i think it's necessary for this one) i decided to give these a shot. Initially I tried jumping in with the suggested dosage but had some stomach irritation and cut it back to only two a day. That was very successful until I was able to do three or four a day, but now after having used Nutrafol for over 3 years, I regularly only have one pill with breakfast and one with dinner. My only suggestion if you're thinking about trying. This is if you have any sort of food allergies you should reach out to one of their doctors (which they provide for free if you purchase directly through their website) to double check the ingredients. My mom was having massive irritation when she switched over to the "mature option" (i think it's 40+or something) and discovered one of the ingredients was reacting with her shellfish allergy even though there is nothing listed on the label that would clearly explain that connection. She ended up swapping over to the vegan version that the company offers and has had no troubles since. I only included one progress photo because it simply speaks for itself and I was in such shock that I had to write this review immediately!
