I have been using both these products for about a year. Prior to my cancer diagnosis (breast) I had very thin hair and was using both of these. My hair was getting thicker. Then when I found out I had to go through chemo I stopped it. Once chemo was completed (December) I started using it again. My hair is coming back thicker and longer then it ever use to grow. It is dermatologist recommended. A little pricey, but if you can afford it I think it is the only thing I have found that works.

I've been taking it for less than a month and my hair is starting to feel thicker. Excited to see what happens in the coming months. I've experienced no side effects. I also love the packaging and leave the bottle out which reminds me to take it. Good value.

Nutrafol is so expensive, that I made the mistake of thinking that price equals efficacy. Well I lost 9 months of time and hundreds of dollars trying this out. I waited months before giving a review so I could be as thorough as possible. First off, the capsules smell bad and you have to take 4 huge capsules a day. I never missed a day in 9 months and saw zero improvement. No thickness was achieved. No hair growth was achieved. Even fall-out was the same, if not worse, than prior to starting this. Don’t fall for the viral videos and celebrity endorsements. You’ll end up just wasting your money.

The best hair growth supplements if you have issues with hair loss or hair growth. You will see the results after one months but you need to keep taking for 6 months don’t stop . Highly highly recommend. I bought 2 with Sephora 20% discount.

Nutrafol is a fantastic hair growth supplement for the patient person. Hair growth doesn’t happen over night but it will come with time. It’s recommended to use for 6 months to see results. This is pretty standard compared to other hair growth supplements. I think Nutrafol is a superior product due to a wide range of vitamins and minerals. It has Viamins A, C, D, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, along with 3000mg of Biotin. It also contains a “Synergen” complex that includes collagen, hyaluronic acid, and more. Take 4 capsules a day with food and just be patient. That’s the hard part!

Results take time but at around 3 months my shedding stopped and new hair growth was evident! Can not be without these-will continue to buy

If you suffer from hair loss or thinning this is the supplement for you! I’ve tried various ones as my hair is miniaturizing with age and genetics. This is different than most supplements as it contains ashgawanda which reduces cortisol (our stress hormone) and has marine collagen. I’ve seen significantly less shedding and new baby hairs coming through. Only complaint is you have to take four large pills daily.

LIFE CHANGING! I bought the postpartum version and my only regret is that I didn’t start taking this the day my son was born. This supplement is amazing for hair growth. I cannot recommend it enough! All of the bald spots I developed postpartum have grown back and I have new hair growth in places that I didn’t have pre pregnancy. This is the best product I have ever used that actually works! The first picture is in December 2021, the second picture is less than a month later in January, and the last picture is 3 months of taking Nutrafol daily! If you’re hesitant, don’t be!
