It's not healthy, but it's not as bad as a lot of people claim. It's not like you're eating pure lard when you eat a spoonful of nutella. It's a chocolatey hazelnut spread, it's not going to be as healthy as eating some organic garden salad or something. Is it healthy? No. Is it "bad" for you? Nah. Everything is fine in moderation. It's better for you than a candy bar, not as healthy as a carrot.
