3 days in and so far I have definitely noticed a difference. Increased energy levels along with stamina. Taste/smell is a little strong, BUT not over bearing bad IMO. Has a peppery maple syrup taste or some type of spice and sweetness to it. They're definitely pricey $40 a bottle which at 3 a day means a 42 tablet bottle only lasts 2 weeks. So at that cost I'll need to see a solid result to continue.
