I applied this product for the first time today, I'm not your how it actually works. Supposed to run on circular motion to remove the product as well as the dead skin, but I'm not sure if it's only product coming off. I guess time will tell. After I removed the product, I rinsed my skin with warm water and then applied moisturizer. The skin looks a little brighter, there is no scent in this product. The packaging was plain. I received this as a gift, I will use until the product is done to see how well it works. I gave it a 5 since I don’t have any negative feedback.
