I love this brand! They have amazing oils. Although I prefer the almond oil over sage oil this is just as amazing. Definitely has a strong smell, so if that bothers you, don't get it. The health benefits of Sage Essential Oil can be attributed to its properties as an antifungal, antimicrobial, antioxidant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antibacterial, cholagogue and choleretic, cicatrisant, depurative, digestive, and disinfectant etc. It is best known for its therapeutic properties.

This helps clear up hormonal acne!! If you put a little on your lower stomach every day for a moth your acne will improve and in some cases might be completely gone! I use to have bad acne and once I started using clary sage it cleared up my skin. I'm not saying this will work for everyone but it worked for me so I help it will also work for you! It never hurts to try.

Clary sage is one oil that has a multitude of health benefits.

Clary Sage Oil blends very well with oils of Lemon, Lime, Orange and other citrus fruits as well as Lavender, Pine, Juniper, Geranium, Sandal Wood, Jasmine and Frankincense oils.

The best way to use Clary Sage is to diffuse it or blend it with a carrier oil and place it on the skin. It seems to have the most potent results when used directly on the skin.
