The ice can be shave in coarse and fine. But putting ice is tricky.. Sometimes it just not shaving at all. It just keep rotating. Need to take off the ice and out it back ober and over again just to work properly.

Does this actually work. We are fans of this brand on some items but we have seem to go through a few that break real easy.
