Been working out for years , love how thick the ball is. Also it can be used in various movements. I do wish there were a smaller size , and more color variety.

I use this for a lot of mat pilates core stuff and it works just fine. Measure your height to ensure you are getting the right size

la verdad tengo una de setentaicinco para mis clases de pilate pera la utilizo mucho en casa para estirarme y hacer algun ejercicio de estiramiento y de espalda aunque yo ya la gaste primero en lo ukltimo de mi embarazo
