It’s amazing! I keep it in the fridge, and the true it’s that it’s very easy to take it, usually I just use it when I ate, just a teaspoon. It’s amazing how fast you feel effects.

The natural orange flavor in this liquid does a surprisingly good job of masking fishy flavors! I haven’t been taking it long enough to know whether I really notice benefits, but also haven’t noticed anything negative so far. (Tummy sensitivity, burps, etc.) Not cheap, but I know this brand is high quality so I am willing to pay a bit more for it.
