This made making baking a whole chicken a lot easier. The chicken didn’t stick to it at all. I also put vegetables around it. I was a little nervous about the vegetables being to soft since the cooking time for the chicken was 45 minutes but the vegetables were cooked perfectly. Definitely cuts down the cooking time. I was able to use some beer and liquid smoke in it.
